UPS/FedEx Standard Ground Service is free to Comfortfeetshop.com customers for orders over $100.00 in the 48 contiguous United States. Allow 5-10 business days to the 48 contiguous United States and 5-12 business days to Rural Routes within the 48 contiguous United States.

However, due to the high demand for certain brands and styles or a manufacturer having yet to receive a shipment, we may be forced to extend the expected shipping date, or we occasionally find ourselves sold out of a particular shoe and unable to fulfill an order.

Overnight Air Service

UPS Overnight Air Service is available at an additional charge of $45.00 for the first item, and $5.00 for each additional item on same order.

Third Day Air Service

UPS Third Day Air Service is available at an additional charge of $25.00 for the first item, and $5.00 for each additional item on the same order.

Alaska, Hawaii and all U.S. Territories and Outlying areas shipping (via USPS)

We offer shipping to Alaska, Hawaii and all U.S. Territories and Outlying areas starting at $25.00. Shipping is calculated at checkout. These items are shipped via USPS Priority Mail and take additional handling time.

Canada

We offer shipping to Canada for an additional charge starting at $20.00. Shipping charges will be displayed when you choose the correct shipping method from the drop down menu. These items are shipped via USPS Priority Mail and take additional handling time.

International Shipping.

We offer international shipping. An additional charge of $35.00 for the first item ordered, and $5.00 for each additional item on the same order.

These items are shipped via USPS and take additional handling time.

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you may return it for exchange, refund or store credit. All merchandise must be unworn and in the same condition it was received in. The best way to ensure shoes are returned in new condition is to try them on in an indoor, carpeted area to determine if there are any fit concerns or defects.  Returns will not be accepted if the item exhibits any obvious signs of wear.

Should you need to return your order, please email us at service@comfortfeetshop.com for a return authorization.

Eligible* purchases may be returned within 35 days from date of receipt for a credit card refund. Returns received after 35 days and up to 60 days will receive a store credit. For returns beyond 60 days, please contact us for more information. Comfortfeetshop.com does not guarantee wear or tear or any damage unrelated to the manufacturer.  We do not offer free return shipping. 

*For closeout, sale or one-of-a-kind discount items, we cannot offer a refund, but we will exchange the item or issue you a store credit when returned within 35 days of receipt of item.

Exchanges

Return Packaging Guidelines

Include your Return Authorization and RMA# in the box and send to address specified on the form. Shipping to any other address will delay your return.  Be specific as to the reason for return and what you would like to do, ie:  exchange for a different size, color or style. Regular priced items purchased using discount codes are not considered Sale or Closeout Items. Replacement shoes ship free, within the USA, the first time, any other exchanges will be charged appropriate shipping costs. (International orders will be charged $15.00 for shipping replacement shoes.)  Shipping charges are not refundable. 

Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be processed and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment. 

- All returns MUST include original manufacturers box (not the outside shipping box) and all its contents, in original condition.   Please place this box in a protective outer box/wrapper.     

- DO NOT mark or tape original manufacturer’s box in any way.    

- Returns will be subject to a $10.00 restocking fee per item, if a replacement is not ordered.

- Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.  This will delay the processing of your return.

- Sale and closeout shoes are marked and pricing is in RED

The shoes and sandals that we sell are extremely well made for durability. However, good care extends the life of your footwear, and provides you with a longer duration of walking pleasure.

Give your new insoles time to mold themselves to the shape of your foot. Wear your new shoes or sandals for short periods of time during the first few days of use. This will allow the insoles to gradually adapt to the specific contours of your foot and provide total walking comfort. You may also try wearing them for a few days with a thin sock to break in the leather.

The following instructions will help you take better care of your new footwear:

• Keep your shoes and sandals away from extreme temperatures.
• Keep your shoes dry. If they become wet, wipe dry immediately and allow the shoes or sandals to air-dry completely.
• If the suede or nubuck leathers of your shoes or sandals become soiled, use a shoe brush to remove debris.
• Try removing any minor stains with a mild soap. If the stain persists, consult a local leather repair expert for a professional cleaning product appropriate to the leather of the footwear. Test a small, unseen area before using any chemical cleanser on the entire shoe.
