The Comfortfeet Group was established in1978 by professionals with over 30 years experience in the shoe retail business. Currently consisting of retail stores and an e-commerce store at Comfortfeetshop.com, the Comfortfeet Group has shown strong growth and staying power over the years and continues to do so. Striving to provide excellent customer service, Comfortfeet employs knowledgeable and experienced staff to manage and run all of its locations. Our stores are open 7 Day's a week from 10am to 6pm except on Sundays when we are open from 12pm to 5pm. Online shopping at Comfortfeetshop.com is available 24 hours a day. UPS/FedEx Standard Ground Service is free to Comfortfeetshop.com customers for orders over $100.00 in the 48 contiguous United States. Allow 5-10 business days to the 48 contiguous United States and 5-12 business days to Rural Routes within the 48 contiguous United States.
However, due to the high demand for certain brands and styles or a manufacturer having yet to receive a shipment, we may be forced to extend the expected shipping date, or we occasionally find ourselves sold out of a particular shoe and unable to fulfill an order.
Overnight Air Service
UPS Overnight Air Service is available at an additional charge of $45.00 for the first item, and $5.00 for each additional item on same order.
Third Day Air Service
UPS Third Day Air Service is available at an additional charge of $25.00 for the first item, and $5.00 for each additional item on the same order.
Alaska, Hawaii and all U.S. Territories and Outlying areas shipping (via USPS)
We offer shipping to Alaska, Hawaii and all U.S. Territories and Outlying areas starting at $25.00. Shipping is calculated at checkout. These items are shipped via USPS Priority Mail and take additional handling time.
We offer shipping to Canada for an additional charge starting at $20.00. Shipping charges will be displayed when you choose the correct shipping method from the drop down menu. These items are shipped via USPS Priority Mail and take additional handling time.
We offer international shipping. An additional charge of $35.00 for the first item ordered, and $5.00 for each additional item on the same order.

|4. Return Policy|
If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you may return it for exchange, refund or store credit. All merchandise must be unworn and in the same condition it was received in. The best way to ensure shoes are returned in new condition is to try them on in an indoor, carpeted area to determine if there are any fit concerns or defects. Returns will not be accepted if the item exhibits any obvious signs of wear.

Eligible* purchases may be returned within 35 days from date of receipt for a credit card refund. Returns received after 35 days and up to 60 days will receive a store credit. For returns beyond 60 days, please contact us for more information. Comfortfeetshop.com does not guarantee wear or tear or any damage unrelated to the manufacturer. We do not offer free return shipping.

The shoes and sandals that we sell are extremely well made for durability. However, good care extends the life of your footwear, and provides you with a longer duration of walking pleasure.
Give your new insoles time to mold themselves to the shape of your foot. Wear your new shoes or sandals for short periods of time during the first few days of use. This will allow the insoles to gradually adapt to the specific contours of your foot and provide total walking comfort. You may also try wearing them for a few days with a thin sock to break in the leather.
